Channel Audit

Map every channel against every audience. Find the gaps before they find you.

Score each communication channel by audience segment using the 0-3 importance scale below. List all active and planned channels, rate their current importance to each segment, note frequency and any operational gaps. The goal is a single-page diagnostic that exposes which audiences are underserved and which channels are carrying dead weight.

0 Irrelevant to this audience segment
1 Inspirational, non-essential / builds culture but is not operationally critical
2 Important, but not timely / matters but may arrive too late to influence daily decisions
3 Essential upon arrival / information employees need immediately to perform their roles
